PROPUESTA DE UN SISTEMA DE MEJORA PARA EL CONTROL DE GESTIÓN DEL VICERRECTORADO ACADÉMICO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE ORIENTE

Abstract

RESUMEN: Para proponer un Sistema de Mejora para el Control de la Gestión del Vicerrectorado Académico de la Universidad de Oriente en Venezuela, se sugiere que se aplique el Sistema de Gestión Estratégico, el cual requiere, que previamente se desarrolle una matriz de Debilidades, Oportunidades, Fortalezas y Amenazas; donde las acciones que deriven logren utilizarse como medidas necesarias para alcanzar resultados a corto, mediano y largo plazo, estas acciones a su vez, serán formulaciones que miren hacia el futuro recogiendo la experiencia pasada. Se describen una serie de objetivos, los cuales van acompañados de una o más estrategias y cada estrategia conduce a una o mas líneas de acción que implica la necesidad de desarrollar indicadores que serán los que permitan determinar qué va bien y qué va mal, acompañando de soluciones que en el marco de la actuación mejore la situación actual. ABSTRACT: For a proposal of the System of Improvement of Performance Control of the Academic Vice Rector of the Universidad of Oriente in Venezuela, a System of Strategic Administration is suggested. This system requires the previous development of a list of Weaknesses, Opportunities, Strengths and Threats; in which the actions to be taken could be utilized as necessary measures to achieve results over a short, medium and long term. These actions, in turn, will be formulations that point toward the future based on experiences of the past. A series of objectives are described which are accompanied by one or more strategies and each strategy leads to one or more lines of action that imply the necessity of developing indicators which will allow to determine what goes well and poorly, accompanied by solutions that in the context of performance may improves the present situation.
