IMPLANTACIÓN Y DESARROLLO DE UN PROYECTO DE UTILIZACIÓN DEL PORTAFOLIO ELECTRÓNICO POR PARTE DE ALUMNADO UNIVERSITARIO

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el marco del nuevo Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, la implantación de las nuevas titulaciones está suponiendo un esfuerzo en materia de coordinación docente que implica la puesta en marcha de nuevos modelos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Es necesario ahora potenciar la coordinación del profesorado, así como el desarrollo de nuevas competencias entre el alumnado que potencien su autonomía, la capacidad de aprendizaje y la utilización de las TIC desde una perspectiva constructivista. Este artículo presenta la puesta en marcha, el desarrollo y evaluación de un proyecto de utilización de portafolios electrónicos por parte de nuestro alumnado, utilizando herramientas de la web 2.0. La finalidad de dicho portafolio es doble, ya que por un lado implica el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades y estrategias de aprendizaje y por otra, facilita la evaluación continua y el feedback constante del equipo docente a lo largo de todo el curso. La experiencia ha supuesto introducir al alumnado en las herramientas de trabajo colaborativo que permiten la nueva web de lecto-escritura, conocida como web 2.0, facilitar el desarrollo de portafolios electrónicos como el “cuaderno de trabajo” permanente durante todo el curso académico y una evaluación del proceso para tratar de determinar sus fortalezas y debilidades. ABSTRACT: Under the framework of the new European Space for Higher Education, the introduction of the new qualifications is supposing an effort in teaching coordination that implies the implementation of new teaching-learning models. It is necessary now to enhance the coordination of teachers, as well as the development of new competencies among the students that upgrade their autonomy, as well as their learning capacities and use of ICT´s from a constructivist perspective. This paper presents the implementation, development and evaluation of a project to promote the use of electronic portfolios by our students, using web 2.0 tools. The objective of this portfolio is double, as on the one hand it implies the development of new abilities and learning strategies, and on the other, it facilitates the continuous evaluation and the constant feedback from the teachers team along the entire course. The experience has allowed to introduce the student to cooperative working tools that allow the new reading-writing web, known as web 2.0, to make it easier the development of electronic portfolios as the permanent “working notebook” along the entire academic course and the evaluation of the process to try to determine the strengths and weaknesses.
